1. Refund Policy
- All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
- No full or pro-rata refunds under any circumstances.
- Complies with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/20 dated 17 February 2025.
- Clients confirm acceptance of the MITC by making payment.

- In case of technical delays from our end, service duration will be extended.
- Client-side issues are not eligible for extension.
- Access records on our app will be treated as service proof.
4. Client Consent & Payment Security
- Do not share card or payment credentials with others.
- Only use official bank accounts and payment gateways listed on our website/app.
5. Payment Instructions
- Services are only provided for valid payments made through authorized channels.
- We disclaim responsibility for payments to unknown parties.

You must accept the MITC and terms during subscription via checkbox. This digital consent is binding.
7. Reporting Fraud
Report any unauthorized payment requests immediately to support@moneybells.in.
8. Confidentiality
- Never share your DEMAT credentials with anyone.
- We are not liable for misuse caused by shared information.
9. Scope of Services
We provide only research and stock recommendations. We do NOT offer:
- Algo trading
- Portfolio/account management
- Investment advisory
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be addressed through our official channels. False complaints will lead to legal consequences and recovery of costs.
