Welcome to Money Bells, a SEBI-registered Research Analyst. As mandated by SEBI, we present the following Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) to ensure transparency and protect your interests as a valued client.

1. Nature of Services

We provide independent investment research and recommendations on listed securities, market trends, and related financial content. No portfolio management or execution services are offered.

Principal Officer: Sagar Goel
NISM Certification: Valid as per SEBI norms

3. Fee Structure

The total fee charged shall not exceed ₹1.51 lakhs per annum per client family.
Fee details, terms of payment, and service validity will be clearly disclosed prior to subscription.
Fees will be collected only after explicit consent from the client.
We may optionally use a centralized fee collection mechanism approved by SEBI and will inform clients accordingly.

4. Risk Disclosure

All investment recommendations are subject to market risk.
Money Bells does not guarantee any return or profit.
Clients are advised to use their own discretion or consult their financial advisor before making investment decisions.

5. Conflict of Interest

We disclose any material conflict of interest (if any) at the time of providing advice.
We do not have any financial interest in the securities being recommended unless otherwise stated.

6. Role of the Principal Officer

Mr. Sagar Goel, the Principal Officer, shall:

Disseminate AML updates to concerned staff
Receive and assess suspicious activity reports
Ensure timely submissions to FIU-IND
Monitor overall compliance and recommend corrective actions

7. Termination and Refund Policy

In the event of early termination or discontinuation of services, we will refund fees on a pro-rata basis for the unutilized period. Also Read Refund Policy
In case of suspension or cancellation of our SEBI registration, clients will receive a proportionate refund.

8. Client Consent

By subscribing to our services, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
