This Disclosure Document has been prepared in accordance with the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014 (“Regulations”) to provide essential information about the research and recommendation services offered by Money Bells Global Research Services Private Limited (“Money Bells Research Analyst”). It aims to help prospective clients make well-informed decisions before subscribing to any service.

2. About Money Bells Research Analyst

2.1 History, Present Business & Background

Money Bells Research Analyst is registered with SEBI under Registration No. INH100009901, granted on June 21, 2022. The company provides technical and fundamental research on equity and derivatives, enabling clients to make informed financial decisions.

2.2 Nature & Mode of Services

All research and recommendation services are delivered exclusively via the official mobile application of Money Bells. No services are currently offered via SMS or other third-party channels.

3. Disciplinary History

A monetary penalty of INR 7,00,000 (Seven Lakhs) was imposed by SEBI after an inspection. The order was issued under Order No. order/AN/SM/2024-25/31351.

4. Associates

Money Bells Research Analyst does not have any associates or related entities that influence or participate in the research and recommendation services provided.

5. Disclosures with Respect to Research and Recommendations Services

• The Research Analyst, Research Entity, or their associates or relatives may hold financial interest or actual/beneficial ownership of 1% or more in securities recommended, as of the end of the month immediately preceding the date of the research report or public appearance. These will be disclosed at the time of individual advice.
• There are no actual or potential conflicts of interest due to any association with the issuer of the recommended securities. If any conflict arises, it will be disclosed immediately to the client.
• The Research Analyst, Research Entity, and their associates or relatives:
  • Have not received any compensation from the subject company in the last 12 months.
  • Have not co-managed or managed public offerings of the subject company in the last 12 months.
  • Have not received compensation for investment banking, merchant banking, brokerage services, or any other services from the subject company.
  • Have not received any third-party remuneration in connection with the research reports or recommendations.
• The subject company has not been a client of the Research Entity, Analyst, or associates during the twelve months prior to the research report.
• The Research Analyst, or their associates/relatives:
  • Have not served as directors, officers, or employees of the subject company.
  • Are not engaged in market-making activities of the subject company.
  • May or may not hold securities that are recommended in research reports or trade advisories.
• There are no relationships or associations with issuers of the recommended products/securities that may impair the objectivity of the research.

6. Abbreviations Explained In Detailed

• SL (Stop Loss): A predetermined price level to exit a trade to prevent further losses. For long positions, it's set below the purchase price; for short positions, above.
• TG (Target): The intended price at which an asset is sold to realize profit.
• CMP (Current Market Price): The most recent trading price of a security in the market.
• CE (Call Option): A contract giving the buyer the right (not obligation) to buy an underlying asset at a preset price within a certain time.
• PE (Put Option): A contract giving the buyer the right (not obligation) to sell an asset at a predetermined price within a specific timeframe.
• INTRABTST: Refers to Intraday trading (same-day buy/sell) and Buy Today, Sell Tomorrow strategies.
• BTST (Buy Today, Sell Tomorrow): A strategy where securities bought today are intended to be sold the next day before delivery.
• Weekly (7 Days): Generally denotes weekly option contracts or trades that expire within 7 days.
• Hero Ya Zero (100% Risk): High-risk options where the entire premium may be lost if the position fails to turn profitable.

7. Explanatory Notes

• Support & Resistance Levels:
  • Support is a price level at which buying interest is expected to prevent further price declines.
  • Resistance is a level where selling interest may prevent price advances.
